- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is directed at his office staff not the physician. Dr. Woodhouse is a wonderful person and great doctor. His staff are deplorable. I could never get an appointment or even speak to the doctor when I couldn't get an appointment to at least get my medication prescriptions adjusted slightly and refilled. It culminated with the rude staff member deciding for me that I was no longer going to see my doctor and ending care. She even mailed me something telling me this shockingly. I will be filing a state complaint as this is completely unethical and negligent. That is not proper care of a patient. I am certain she lied to the doctor and have proof of the conversation. Disgusting. My autoimmune disease is bad and it has caused me a great deal of suffering having to try and find a new physician and basically no medication anymore. Also, I was a cash paying customer and didn't care about them not excepting my insurance. I also happily drove and hour away to reach this office. Never have I had a doctors office treat me so poorly but to decide your health care path and end it is I feel unethical and negligent. This warrants further action.July 16, 2017by Contessa J
